Yes. They don't do WGS on literally every sample, which means you won't get told what variant you have.
They send a certain amount of sample to the lab, run WGS, and use those stats to determine what variants are the most widely circulating.

I'm not in favor of masking, shutdowns, or any of that stuff. I think we all have to live our lives and move on. However, you fools that try to act like the virus is made up or fake are just embarrassing.

You can seriously go on poli and post a thread that says "confirmed, the vaccine is not effective in 99% of cases" and then cite to a study showing the exact opposite, and you'll get 10-1 upvotes

I've watched a TON of people go in and out of the urgent care next to me. Not a single person that I saw the last 2 weeks looked like they felt bad. A lot of them even walked around the parking lot in 95 degree humid heat while they waited on their results. Like any virus, engineered or not, its gotten less potent (it was never an issue for healthy people) and more contagious.

OP is indignant because a walk-in clinic cannot provide genomic sequencing because OP does not care to understand what's involved with that or why it's done
