If You Choose Not to Vaccinate, Please Equip Yourself to Combat the Virus

If you choose not to get the vaccine for whatever reason then you really need to prepare yourself to get it and deal with it. I know the OT loves to boast how invincible they are but Covid is a bitch especially if you are unprepared.
First and foremost, make life changes to be healthier. Eat better food, Drink better drinks (mostly water and lots of it), and get some exercise. Essentially get healthy. Obviously that is hard and requires work. We have known this was the best prevention against Covid for almost a year and a half.
There are other things you can do that is helpful in dealing with Covid.
1. Vitamin D - 4000IU/day
Vitamin D is extremely important for all aspects of health including Covid. It is also easy to find but you should research and get the higher quality supplement
2. Vitamin C - 500-1000mg 2x day
Same as D above. Buy higher quality stuff
3. Zinc - 100mg per day if you are sick, 30-40 if you are just trying to protect yourself. My understanding is that you should also take Magnesium to ensure the body processes the Zinc properly.
4. Quercitin- 250 mg 2x day
5. Melatonin at night time.
6. Ivermectin - 0.2mg/kg (weight dependent). This requires a prescription but it is very cheap. I would *NOT recommend getting the livestock version (forgot an important word)
The reason I say this is that if you are unvaccinated, don’t just talk a big game on the interwebs about Covid but prepare yourself. There are people who will swear by these things and the data seems to back it up.
The worse possible scenario is if you come down with Covid and you start scrambling to find treatments once the symptoms start getting bad. Most of the things are relatively easy to come by but the Ivermectin takes some work. You need to take this stuff immediately when you start feeling symptoms (really just the Ivermectin bc the other stuff you should be taking any way). If you have bad symptoms for more that a couple days and don’t act quick then all the above things seem to be pretty useless if Covid went unchecked for too long.

This is getting fricking embarassing
“If you chose to to vaccinate based on 99% of the medical communities opinion, you are in good luck, message board Steve has everything you need to know”

I'd love too, but the government banned HCQ at the request of big pharma.
And there's a 99.96% chance that I'll be okay. Thanks for your concern.

Been doing this since last year except the melatonin and Ivermectin. I'll add that a healthy diet, exercise, and being outdoors as much as possible (sunlight) helps immensely.

This is what the media should be shouting.
Might actually convince non-vaxxers to get the jab.
I’ve been on vitamins for over a year and when Covid finally got me it was cake. Didn’t even run fever or cough.
