Let us know how you like Stacked and jacked. Supposed to be the hardest ppsa program but also the best one for upper body mass.

I was thinking of running that after Squatober. It will be winter and work will slow down. Should give me plenty of time to complete everything.
I’m loving PPSA so far, I can tell my squat is doing very well on Brickhouse.

Just wrapped up arm farm 2 for the second time. Brutal last workout. Did more weight on deadlifts than it called for and still could’ve hit more reps.

Question baws
My left lat is catching or rolling on something when im doing chins.. im using the assistance machine.. it is mildly uncomfortable in the moment but doesn't leave any lingering pain or anything.. any ideas what it might be or what I can do to alleviate that? Assuming some kind of mobility work

For the first time in my whole life doing programs, I started using the recommended rest times. On Turnt Up yesterday, W1D3, I was 2 hours in and couldn’t finish due to the heat. It’s too much rest, man. And, I rarely am unable to finish. It’s only happened a couple of times.
Do you guys follow the rest times? I never have my whole life. I was reading something one time early in my fitness life, and I read someone I respect who said something like, “rest times are stupid. Rest until you’re ready.” That always stuck with me. Some days I need more than others. But, I’m probably going to go back to ignoring the rest time recommendations. I anti got that kind of time.
Just curious if you guys follow it or not. Seems excessive to me.

I follow the rest times but 2 mins is probably good enough for me on the main lifts. But rest until you’re recovered is perfectly fine

i do follow the rest times, sometimes even more, im working out in a garage so i need it to be ready for the next set and overall fatigue.
I do always suggest 3 min but if you got to cut it down, cut it down. If im in a hurry that day, i do. I just find my lifts suffer a little.
but in the end you will adapt. just keep it consistent.

I’ve always done 2 minutes on everything. It’s funny how you can tell how strenuous an exercise was by how fast that 2 minutes goes by. After a big deadlift my watch will go off and I feel like it’s only been 30 seconds. When that happens I’ll add a minute.

we have a right to protect our experience education hard work trademark and copyright- we have and pursued legal matters with others - it only cost you the consumer- the price goes up - thank you for supporting a very small US business

hope the business is treating you well.

how do I download the app?
its not an actual app, thats just the name
his programs are pdf, usually 1 month long and are meant to be printed and brought to the gym old school pen and paper style, hence the name.

Been meaning to post this
but if you have completed some of the ppsa programs and are willing to do a review, do Aaron a fover and go on reddit weightroom and drop one. Especially if you have inbody scans to go with it. He is extremely small and does respond to people when they message him and gives away tons of free info.

Into week 2 of Arm farm and really liking it. I don't find it as difficult as Filling out The Hoodie but really good work. After Aaron came on giving tips i guess i have to go with Pregame next month
This is a great thread. Appreciate all the input from everyone on these programs. We all need to buy one the new or remastered ones for January and then do it and see what results we get. Support PPSA and get everyone focused for the new year

lol
It's a little confusing at first, but I get what they're trying to do with it.
I really like the programming. Started week 5 on Grasshopper today. 4x week, feels goodman
