Into week 2 of Arm farm and really liking it. I don't find it as difficult as Filling out The Hoodie but really good work. After Aaron came on giving tips i guess i have to go with Pregame next month

This is a great thread. Appreciate all the input from everyone on these programs. We all need to buy one the new or remastered ones for January and then do it and see what results we get. Support PPSA and get everyone focused for the new year

100% support this would be a great follow up to the squatober thread.

Damn these zottman curls. I’m not far from using only the weight of my arms for them.

No doubt and hes programmed the hell out those z curls in Arm farm. It seems like we had to do a bunch of weighted carries in Squatober last year and just dreaded them every time I saw them.

Aaron, i hope that you have seen a spike in business from this thread. I dont think anyone is sharing any of the programs since you asked us to stop. i know personally i have bought like 8 more since then and i know others have as well.

hope the business is treating you well.

He'll pop back in after a few months again. Wish he would stick around, we are probably the most active discussion on the Internet based directly on his programs.

Any of you done Dumbbell Strength? Since I haven't pulled the trigger on a squat rack yet, I'm still mostly using dumbbells and this just caught my eye.

I’ve ran pool season 1 three times now. With about 2 weeks in between each one. I usually cut off the fridays and make it a 3 day per week program. Main lifts are 1.5 to 2 mins. Everything else is 30s to a min. I play softball and kickball other nights so it’s hard to get the complete program in but I can usually finish a workout in a little over an hour.

Done most of it, but haven't ran it straight through.

I can tell you, it will smoke your legs and arms. What kind of questions you got about it?

Same here. I actually ran across his website a year or two ago during squatober. They were discussing it on Reddit, but at the time I was knee deep in Stonger by Science stuff.

Fast forward to last month and somehow ran across this thread. Already purchased 2, and will definitely purchase more. I love running new programs.

I have dumbbells up to 50# and then I have loadable barbells that I can get up to around 100# each. I've got a nice adjustable bench. Is this enough equipment?

Thinking about buying this for September.

I'm doing silverback right now. I do print it out and take it with me to the gym.

should be fine. might be a little light on the dumbbells after a while but starting out will be fine other than the carries prolly.

if they end up being too light, adjust the reps up or you can strap weights to them or get bands to add resistance.

Db strength is going to be heavy on the legs, especially with the rear foot elevated split squat, heavy on arm work and heavy on carries.

i think you will like it.

I keep a medium sized notepad and write down the program each day. Writing it down as opposed to printing it out helps me stay organized. I can alter the form of how it is written out.

Out of pure laziness, I've been using DB strength for about 10 months. I don't feel like buying a big rack and re-organizing my garage just yet. Anyway, I have adjustable DBs up to 80lbs and a adj bench. It's been more than enough for my needs.

That being said, I tried Turnt Up day 1 today subbing DBs for flat BP and holy shite I thought I was going to die half way through.

I printed them all out at work and then just paper clip them together. I work out at home so I just keep them on the counter in my garage.

Actually taking a break from the PPSA programs and doing a HIIT program by Ryan Fischer. Needed a change with a little more cardio involved.
