If the Covid vaccine is approved for children would you get your kids vaccinated?

Do you get your child vaccinated for the flu every year?

Personally, I would never get my kid vaccinated for Covid. If a school forces a Covid vaccine for children but doesn’t require the flu vaccine they simply aren’t “following the science”.

Hard no.

Next question.

Original thread. You will get balanced and thoughtful answers.

We certainly needed this thread.

Nope. My child has already had COVID, zero reason to expose him to this authorized, not approved, vaccine.

There's no way I'm trusting the government about some stupid vaccine.

Now excuse me while I put on three masks and don't come out of my house because the government said this is a very deadly virus.

I would be in no immediate rush to get my children vaccinated, but I would talk to their pediatrician before making any final decision.

Both of my kids(17 and 14) have been vaccinated, the younger just one shot so far. Her second one is next weekend.

And yes, they both get the flu shot every year.

You have more posts than me in a shorter time frame.

It’s a weird post to come at me on. I assume I’ve hurt your feelings at some point. Also, I’ve never claimed to be a Dr.

And to add, I took the Pfizer vaccine months ago.

All things approved, Yes. Also yes on the flu shot. The flu can be really dangerous for little kids.
