OK, not fair...let's go top 3 (I cannot nail it to 1)

1 of these:
Creed - The Woodlands TX Pavilion (2003)
Foo Fighters - Voo Doo Fest New Orleans (2017)
Van Halen / Alice In Chains - New Orleans UNO Arena (1991)

Runners Up:
Tesla / Firehouse - New Orleans UNO Arena (1992)
Heart (w/Jason Bonham) - The Woodlands TX Pavilion (2013)
Def Leppard (1993) <-- the parts I remember!

David Gilmour, Hollywood Bowl March 25, 2016

By a wide margin, the best rock concert I've ever been to.

Alice Cooper. Seen him several times from the front row, they've all been damn good shows.

Guns N Roses on their reunion tour. I ended up seeing five or six shows on that tour, it'd be hard to pick a favorite out of them.

KISS in 2000. Skid Row opened, then Ted Nugent put on a hell of a show followed by KISS. I also saw them in 2004 and somehow managed to get a ticket center stage on second row for like $50. Then the reunion tour in 1997. I saw them some other times, but these are my favorites of them- the 2000 gets it because of Ted Nugent.

1) BMTH Fillmore 2019
2) Foo Fighters HOB NOLA 2007
3) Linkin Park playing Hybrid Theory front to back, Download Festival 2014
4) Three Days Grace opening acoustically for themselves electronically HOB NOLA 2010

(shout out nickleback for cancelling, So TDG just cobbled a show together. Got to hear a bunch of songs most wouldn’t. No music but TDG. Almost 2 hours. Gontier still there)

5) Ghost Orpheum NOLA either late 18 or early 19

Dishonorable mention - lostprophets show at HOB 2004? One of the most fun times I’ve ever had at a concert. Played basically all of Start Something. And I can’t find any warmth in my heart for that show.

Lynyrd Skynyrd

May 6th, 1995 Joe Davis Stadium in Huntsville, AL

Slick Lily and Hank, JR opened up for them.

The barriers between the higher and lower priced tickets had been torn down, by the time Skynyrd took the stage, we were about 25 feet from the stage.

They called Hank out to play with them after a few songs and you could tell he was lit AF. He was literally dragging his guitar on stage.

Incredible set list. They left the stage and had the crowd cheering for about 15 minutes before a spotlight hits an eagle sitting on a white piano. They proceeded to play about a 20 minute version of Freebird as the encore.

Rush - Moving Pictures tour.

St. Vitus - Hallows Victim tour, with an audience of 15 people at a bar in New Orleans.

Ramones - saw them five times and they killed it every time.

Stones - 1981 at the Dome, 2019 at Soldier Field.

That motherfricker should have been thrown off a tall building. The only band where I got rid of all their cds I owned.
