Imagine being so squeaky clean that after years of investigations, this is the pinnacle.

That’s truly impressive.

Let me see if I understand this correctly the IRS has audited trumps tax returns for over eight years and has found nothing and it’s their job to do it yet the New York district attorney found this amazing hidden egg

This wouldn't show up on Trump's return as Trump the man is not the Trump org is not Weisselberg. No way Trump would be dumb enough to have such obvious tax fraud on his personal return as Weisselberg has done here.

Yeah, but as political and criminal matters, this whole thing is a joke.

It tells you how stupid those at the switches on the Left think their rank/file are that they trot this weak shite out over and over, and never worry about blowback.

NY AG Liaison tells WH that Trump is “Clean” and said charging him with anything would be like building a “paper bridge over a volcano” nearly impossible, and if done it would “crumble in a matter of no time,” per WH official

I hope this brings much anguish and grinding of teeth to all the retards on the left out there.

It's garden variety tax crime. It is what it is.

Not sure what this even means. There seems to be a pretty clear paper trail here. He'll get his day in court like anyone else. Not sure why they'd be any block back for some rich tax cheat paying a big fine or doing a short bid, but if there is, so what?

Biden is asking wanting to rob us all of trillions and they’re worried about a paltry million of trumps dollars?

Is the thought that trump employees shouldn’t be audited and if so they should be exempt from their tax issues… because… well, just because?

They’re basically coming after him for business travel expenses. It’s bullshite if they think those are benefits.

Or by a politically motivated DA?

So with tax cuts and other loop holes he may possibly owe what $40 to the IRS lol.

At this point is no one is going to budge you are either Maga or you’re not. Neither side is giving in.

I’m fully MAGA and the way I see it anyone that isn’t is the enemy. They don’t believe in the same things I believe in and we can’t be compatible. They drew the line in the sand.

Prosecutorial overreach is the thought. No one else nor a company has ever been charged criminally with this.

Do you really think this is ven handed enforcement of the law that has no political motivations?

You’re not following.

I’m suggesting the Dems in charge play their base like they’re retards, because only retards would fall for the same BS over and over. There’s no concern that their sheep will ever go, “hey wait, you mean to tell me the big bad Trump organization, after 2 years of scrutiny, is so clean that all that’s found is an officer not reporting a company paid car and apartment as income?” Because this after all the other fake crimes, fake crisis, fake existential threats would cause rational people to stop believing and perhaps start feeling disdain for people that play them for idiots.

It's not considered a "crime" by the IRS. This is standard operating procedure for executives in large corporations whether they be in New York, Dallas, Chicago, LA or Silicon Valley....especially Silicon Valley. It's not about Weisselberg's day in court, it's the idea that this would even be in court. This tends to be something that at worst should be in an Administrative Court which is basically arbitration. If the DA wants to use this with a bullshite threat of jail time that not even the IRS would pursue for the amounts stated....1.7 - 1.8 million over a 15-16 year period I think this is pretty weak stuff. You are talking about 110,000.00 a year. And leading Weisselberg away in cuffs is severe bullshite that they don't even do to real POS tax cheats that thrive Midtown posing as Hedge Fund Managers.

Like I said in an earlier thread as being in the counsel office at a very large firm in St.Louis we dealt with this shite on a regular basis and in a few cases with greater amounts over a shorter term and none saw the inside of a courtroom....at least on the federal level....on the state level they would not pursue
