Conspiracy theory re: Surfside collapse

-older building with structural issues collapses the day Biden announces an infrastructure deal that the Dems are sneaking the Green New Deal into
-Knowing how the Dems operate, this gives him the opportunity to use more fear tactics saying "America, if we don't pass this spending bill, this is going to happen to all our bridges and public structures
-the tenants of the building were largely Jews in a prominent orthodox area of South Florida
Is it possible they searched for an older building with structural issues to make a point with? One perhaps in a jewish community to make his point with, as well as curry favor with all his Iranian and muslin handlers? Pretty sure they tried the same with the Vegas shooting.

Why would anyone make a connection, between a privately owned and maintained building and national infrastructure?

There was a 2018 inspection report noting the structural problems and concrete deterioration. They finalized plans to fix it a few months ago, but hadn't done anything. Pure negligence. Stop looking for conspiracy theories in everything that happens.

An older building with structural issues wouldn’t fall like that. There would have been far more clues that the building was failing than the few pointed out in the 2020 report.
That building fell into a void. Only question is, what caused the void?
Larger buildings tend to go down in the ground, and the weight of the building -live plus dead load - determined (In part) how much ground is removed to place the building. The engineers know that the soil beneath the dig can support the weight of the building, in part because the soil underneath the dig was already supporting the building weight.
The collapse looks like the soil beneath the building was removed by either a sinkhole or a series of washes. The debris field is mostly below ground level.

I did notice the mention of a fair number of foreign nationals staying in that building. Beyond that... 
Noticed that too. But to cause that level of damage, there'd be audible and physical evidence of a massive explosion.

Seems odd the Mayor of Miami Dade was at the White House the day before it happened.

They would have collapsed a bridge, like the LC 1-10 bridge full of O&G traffic to make a point. You know the one Trump said he was going to fix.
