So you think one of the possible reasons this woman wouldn't have sex was because she possibly obsesses about her weight or other physical imperfections; but they were going to spend the weekend at the beach? Also, from OP's statement, it appears they had been having sex, just not as frequent as he wanted.

I know a lot of people shite on the show How I Met Your Mother, but I had it on last night and there was the episode that I think fits OP to a glove. The episode was spoiler alert (S3, Ep 8) and they talk about how some people cannot see the faults in women they are trying to have sex with until it's pointed out to them. If she was willing to cut bait this quickly, unless you were way overaggressive with her, there were other signs there that you just weren't able to step back and see. Also...
Haven't you said that about other women in the past. It sounds like you have the personality type that will be able to mesh with just about anyone. If this is true, it's all the more reason you should not sweat this one too much because in a few months you'll be starting a new thread about the new soul mate.
