I did some work on that building when it was almost complete. When i was talking to Spencer's assistant, i asked why the helipad? she said "Spencer just wanted to have it for doctor's to use if they had to get somewhere for emergencies. That's the kind of guy he is" can't tell if she was an expert troll or has drank the koolaid

I don't know if this is true or not but I heard a while back its unusable due to its proximity to the bridge and this wasn't revealed until after it was built. Anyone know if this is true? If so.......

I'd be shocked that FAA would allow it.

Who else would have a “sweet” helipad but a lawyer with a little sugar in the tank…

I'm a lawyer, but I think it is somewhat disturbing for our society that we have these megawealthy plaintiff's lawyers. I know some of them and like most of them. Generally, you have to have a good personality to be a successful personal injury attorney (or a very aggressive prick LOL).

The Illinois class action lawyers are the most egregious example.

Was driving through Gretna Sunday and saw the strangest billboard attorney ad...

Head shot style photo:
This large African American fellow in a suit with a hardcore scowl with what looked like a pug dog on his shoulder.

I almost turnt around to see it again

Is it really a regular occurrence that he has an urgent court appearance on different sides of the state that he has to personally be at within an hour? Where does the helicopter land when he gets to the courthouse? I’ve been to court a bunch of places and never saw helicopters sitting out front or on top.

Clearly you don't check the I-10 traffic between Lafayette and Nola on the reg.

I have no use for such an indulgence. But a rich person with business interests/clients all over the state most definitely would benefit from it.

I'd heard he let's others use it for a fee. Kind of a status thing that he helps pay for by leasing out usage.

An incompetent one at that. Without that stupid jingle he'd be a nobody screwing up case after case like he already has.
