I can tell you one thing, there is not many surgeries that leave you as fricked up looking as a boob reduction.

I know a girl who had to have a breast reduction surgery at 14 (I was 18 and she was 16 when she started dating a friend of mine who was 17 when I first met her, before you frickers start thinking shite). They were so big she was already having back problems because of them, and she wasn't a whopper with a build to match the tits. I couldn't imagine what she'd have these days if she hadn't had that surgery.

That is stupid. She should lose weight, she will lose boob fat, and work on building her core strength. Then she would be super hot with still awesome tits. If she gets the reduction and doesn’t do that, she will look awful. She is focusing on the easy way out instead of changing her lifestyle for the better.
