No I don't wear fishing shirts. I wear steel toes if I go to a work site because it's required by OSHA.
And at least a shirt and shoes have a dual purpose because they still serve the basic function of clothing your body and protecting your feet.
A mask restricts your breathing and doesn't provide anything you normally require under normal conditions.

Because the people who are still wearing them are perpetuating a lie that authoritarians used for a myriad of deceitful purposes. They are contributing to the outcome that the bad actors hoped to see. That is that there is a large segment of our population that can be easily manipulated and brain washed....with some unable to adjust even when the “threat” has stabilized.
That is why I care. The longer people cling to wearing masks when it is pointless to do so, the more assured that bad actors are that they can control societal behavior to their desire.

Why WOULDN'T you care that a significant portion of our population consists of people who follow blindly terrible, unscientific advice and then keep doing so even after their government overlords tell them it's ok to follow their new opposite advice?
I have to live with such people, and they need to at least be informed that they are robotic morons. It's my duty as a real citizen.

Masks outside were pretty well stupid before the vaccine. It is incomprehensible to me that people would compel themselves to mask up outside after being vaccinated.
