I was arrested once. Released on my Own Recognizance. The DA refused the charges.

The St Charles Parish Deputy that arrested me was an moron, not me.

Or just having a little too much fun.

Funny thing about that arrest. I ended up making money off it. There was a class action lawsuit against OPP and anyone who was arrested during that time period received part of the settlement. I ended up profiting $1,000.

Never been arrested. However, imagine being in a cell with the Shark Lyfe crew in the EBRPP, jail looks like such a miserable place

I had two police officers come to my lab office. I had not gone to court when several people were in court for drug screens my hospital lab had performed. (they already had 3 of my employees there each time). They wanted me to be there. I talked them out of handcuffing me and went to court. Never missed another one.

I spent a night in handcuffs once...

But that didn’t have anything to do with the cops.

About 35 years ago I got picked up but EBRSO for walking around drunk with a rifle. I was just 19 at the time and for some reason and decided that I was going to live in the woods so I brought along a 30-30 rifle. I was on foot and when I got close to K&B on plank road I laid the rifle down in the grass and went in to buy some more beer. Anyway the cop on duty at K&B took an interest in my drunk arse and followed me out of the store even though I did nothing wrong at that point. Anyway, I had picked up the gun before I realized the cop was following me at a distance. I ended up pointing the rifle at the cop as I slowly backed away and then broke and ran across a field across a big arse cement canal and into a wooded area we called the Hollywood woods. I came out into another neighborhood and decided I better just get home. I did and my folks and deputy were waiting on me. I spent the night at greenwell springs hospital and then about 2 weeks in the hospital for depression and suicidal ideation even though once I sobered up I was fine. That was a very fricked up time in my life and I am very lucky that cop didn’t shoot my dumbass. I deserved it when I pointed the gun at the cop. I have since grown up and never had another run in with cops except for a couple of speeding tickets over the years.

3 hours in a Terrebonne Parish holding cell

For a speeding ticket - 66 mph in a 50

So was I - but I was never formally arrested, and who is put in jail for going 16 over?

Once in Georgia due to having a “flag on my license” after being pulled over for speeding outside of Atlanta. That was bullshite. 6 hours in a holding cell and they impounded my truck. Paid my fines and they let me go that evening. They just wanted money. No court or anything after paying almost $700 in fines.

Casino jail in Reno after a big fight in the bar.

Once in Italy...long story. They locked dozens of us up over night. We basically tore up their town.

Once in Paris - big bar fight.

Once in Florence, SC - big bar fight.

Surprisingly, my record is spotless. I don’t think I’m allowed back in Italy though.

I've been to County jail four times and no one ever posted my bail. First time I don't know what the charge was. I was a passenger in a car where the driver got a DUI. Shelby County, TN. I stayed locked up for three days until they got me in front of a judge who let me go. Second time was Madison County,TN. The charge was concealed weapon with intent to go armed. Third time was Gibson County, TN charge was DUI. Fourth was failure to appear warrento in Shelby County, TN. Spent another three days before I got in front of a judge and was freed. I was innocent of all four charges.

Why were you arrested? Why did they say you were arrested? Are you saying you were just standing there and they walked up and arrested? You were doing something at the minimum that raised their suspicions enough to want to arrest you.
