Would you live in this for $50,000 and pay $250 a month if you were single?

I would put this in the backyard as a guest house or when my son graduates from high school.

I’m not understanding my financial obligations here?

Why would your son need to live in the backyard?

I would if I was gay like you, but I'm not.

That might serve really well as a camp if nothing else.

You know it's cool because they left the "e" off the product name. Very disruptive.

As a single guy, absolutely. Only problem I see is that you probably wouldn’t get the ROI you get on a house because I can’t imagine you’d sell that thing for more than you bought it.

I ordered one called “ The Posh Unabomber “. I am writing my 37,000 page manifesto on the adorable counter.

It does look nice, but you still have to pay for concrete pad, someone to put it together, electrical plumbing air conditioning. It’s going to end up costing 65,000. You can get a really nice mobile home that’s three times the size for the same price. Put it on some land, and you have a much more permanent solution, or a rental property.

That's WAY nicer than the efficiency my brother and I shared at Auburn. I could do it. No way my wife would. One of my kids could do it, the other one not so much....

Debated something like this as an office/pool house/ mother in law suite in the back yard

I’d rather live in a double wide.
This is the energy efficient densely packed areas the great reset is all about.

For a single person, that small home right there could be perfect.
