What changes/renovations would you make at the Box?

Think we can all agree that the Box could use an upgrade with most of the SEC either renovating or building new ballparks. It was the first of its kind in college baseball when it opened in 2009 but the bar has been raised in 12+ years.
What changes would you make?
1. Chairbacks
Replace bleachers with chairbacks in the grandstand. That itself would be a huge improvement. The pictures below give you an idea of what it'd look like.
2. Left or Right Field Lounge/Patio
Here's a recent rendering of the renovation at Baum. LSU could do something similar at the Box. Remove the outfield bleachers and build a wing that has various types of seating, fan amenities, etc. The top level could be a sports bar type area with a large patio that could also be used for standing room only tickets. shite, sell the naming rights to a place like Walk-On's since they're continuing to expand across the SE.
Using the same architecture style as the clubhouse at the softball complex would look good.
3. Outfield Berm/Relaxed Seating
Badly needed. The area behind the outfield would more than likely need to be reconfigured but it's doable. Build it on opposite side of the addition above and allow students/fans to bring chairs, ice chests, etc.
Arkansas, Ole Miss, & State all have similar set ups which are a hell of a time. It would only enhance the experience for the younger fans. The outfield bleachers suck
4. Outfield Ads
They used to annoy me more but the ads in the outfield could be better executed. Either charge companies more per ad and reduce the amount sold, or keep the same number of ads and make them unified in color (white).

Renovate the head coaching position

I still think purple fences with minimal ads would look cool.

This right here. No problem with the ads if they’re uniform.

Berm is never happening.
Chairbacks are a no brainer. You could even add rows to the top to make up for some of the lost seating.
Lounge/Patio is a good idea as well, especially with beer/wine allowed. I think it would probably have to go in left due to existing structures in right.

1st!!! Clean out Paul’s office and bring back a winning culture!

Move the bullpens off the field play and behind the fence. I cringe every time a player runs over in that direction chasing a fly ball.

You could pack the stadium if we fielded an exciting winning team just as we did at the old Box.
Sure you could put in some upgrades, but you need to start playing winning baseball once again. All that other stuff is just icing on the cake.

I feel simply doing chairbacks throughout the whole stadium would bring up the aesthetics of the place tremendously.
They messed up in the design by trying to make it too much like the old box. Should have just started from scratch.

What are y’all’s thoughts on moving bullpens to a nicer area beyond the fences in left and right center?
It makes sense logistically to move them but would remove the fan interaction with pitchers warming up.

I wouldn't count on us getting any new upgrades for baseball until basketball gets theirs. Mulkey and Wade are going to push much harder than a Paul Mainieri on the way out

Yes

1. Chairbacks and suites all the way down to the foul poles.
2. Wrap around concourse and extension behind the plate.
3. Better concessions.
4. Permanent batters eye.
5. Party deck/berm.
6. Retiring No. 31 officially.
7. Changing the uniforms back to the old template so that there are no longer faux button downs and no piping.

All your suggestions I agree with, but I would move the bullpens behind the fence somewhere, exposed bullpens to me looks cheap!!

Just so some of you can stop complaining about chair backs. A poll was taken with prominent ticket holders/donors during construction, and they were told no chair backs.

1.) Chairbacks all the way and in one uniform color.
2.) NO static permanent ads anywhere. Scrolling on-off advertising only on a board dedicated only for this purpose.
3.) Solid Batters Eye.
4.) Purple padding on out field wall, behind home plate and down the lines. LSU and SEC logo behind home plate. LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY on outfield fence. (And nothing else)
5.) Outfield bull pens.
6.) Paint the dugouts. All that scarred up raw concrete looks cheap and tacky.
7.) Put another exterior color facade on all the Alex Box FEMA Trailer units that are all along the upper level of the Grandstand.

A berm isn't needed but they desperately need to get rid of the shitty metal bleachers. Can't believe they ever even did that in the first place.
Also get the bullpens off the field and in the outfield
