Or could my NOLA experience with rude staff at MSY be just an anomaly? ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

Maybe airport chick-fil-a is not equal to stand alone chick-fil-a. Have to be some differences I would imagine.

The one here goes on a limited menu way too often recently. Is their supply chain that shitty?
Posted on 4/29/21 at 7:32 am to AndyJ
So one bad experience leads you to believe the entire chain is falling apart?

Not here. They have kept their awesome service even with all the shortages in employees here

Even CFA can’t outweigh the cesspool that is MSY employees.

I've been told CFA doesn't have full control over airport locations. The employees probably work for Aramark or someone similar.

No

My only consistent airport experience is Atlanta and I don't think I've ever seen any of those workers happy.

Their food is filled with added sugar. Just an FYI to those who think they are eating higher quality fast foooood.

anytime one of these locations is mentioned you should expect a less than optimal experience.

Just be thankful you got food!

Airport locations don't even accept the mobile app ordering or gift card redemptions.

Stopped at the one in Gonzales for lunch a few days ago. Was about 11:00 and already had a line wrapped around the building.
One person working outside came up to my car and took my order and I paid. Super pleasant.
About 3 minutes later I was being handed my receipt. Again, super pleasant.
About 2 minutes after that I was being handed my food. Again, you guessed it, super pleasant.
Their model is unbeatable.

Now, since you’re at the airport, take a flight outside of places like NOLA, BTR, and the like to other airports and see if the service you get at their Chick FIL a’s aren’t light years different.
Overall, I find the biggest difference in customer service I get from places in this neck of the woods and elsewhere in the United States I have traveled to in my time on this planet is in “Attitude”. It’s pretty shitty, and yet that’s probably the absolute most important quality you look for when hiring people to become a part of your company and team... ATTITUDE... It can make or break you.
