I carry a sig p229 but its not fair to call it an every day carry. Can't carry at work, so I dont carry often. Haven't found a holster that works for carrying and un-carrying that gun a couple of times a day.

I sometimes carry a snubnose 357 but usually carry a Canik TP9SC. Love this gun. Such a smooth trigger. It’s a joy to shoot and it’s fine for a nightstand gun too.

I think I paid around $430 for it from Academy last year.

Of course this isn’t a pocket gun.

I got back in the truck and thought about whether or not my Kahr would have fired.

Why would the Kahr not fire? Glock isn’t the only brand that goes boom when the trigger is pulled.

This snubnose in a leather holster is really comfortable for carrying. Sure it’s a cheap Taurus but it’s 357 and goes boom every time. Belly gun though. I understand the 9mm semi is superior in most ways. Not a pocket gun though.

I used to have a Taurus HR 32 mag similar to that but sadly it got stolen. I still have a bunch of ammo and plan to buy another snub soon. While I love my HK, that snub is so light to carry. And both go bang when asked..

What pants are you guys wearing where you can put a VP9sk in some sort of holster and you can not only fit it in a pocket but draw it in some reasonable time frame?

Look into the P365X.

It’s the regular P365 slide/barrel paired with an XL base. So it’s small like the P365 but with 12+1 capacity. It’s so great.

Just got mine this weekend and love it. But then tragedy struck and I lost the damn thing in a boating accident.

Kahr cm9 unlike a lot of people I have had no issues with it and completely trust it.
I sometimes carry a Glock 19 but carry it less due to the weight and size. And even though I have a gun belt and various holsters you there is a difference between a 15rd glock and a cm9.
Also sometimes carry a lc9 but every time I carry it I regret it due to the fact that I don’t feel it can be shot well enough to be a suitable gun for anything other than 5ft away.
My next EDC will be a Glock 48,, I will carry with a ten rd mag and have a 15rd in a pocket when needed

Accuracy is so hard with the snubnose though, and 357/38spl has been hard to find. But still I love that little revolver. I think I paid $329 for it at academy.

You tried the 12 or 15 round mags in the p365? Mine came with 12 round mags and I've since bought a couple of 15 round mags.

Appendix seems better than pocket carry.

Xds 9mm, federal HST. Appendix carry with kydex holster comfort cut. I prefer to have the grip safety when carrying appendix.

Edit. Sometimes carry lcp 380 in a pocket holster in my back pocket If I have a shirt on that can cover it well.

FNS 9C. I initially back carried in a Alien Gear holster. Now I front carry with a Versacarry that has an extra magazine holder.

Glock 27 and a 9mm M&P Shield Performance Center. I usually carry the Shield but keep the Glock in case there are ammo draughts.

I have a Glock 42 and an LCP II. The LCP fits better in a pocket, but I like the Glock better. I end up carrying the LCP more because it’s just small and light. I couldn’t imagine carrying a P365 with 13 9mm bullets in my pocket. It would be a significant size and weight difference than the LCP. But I carry in lightweight clothing a lot. A lot of people talk about the lack of stopping power of a .380, but I’ve never had any of them volunteer to get shot with one.

I had a few misfeeds during my break in period of 200 rounds.

I sometimes wonder.

I carry a Springfield Hellcat OSP with a Swampfox Sentinel RMRc.

Same, but with the Sig Romeo Zero. Decent sight for the money, though I may look to upgrade soon.

The stock sights are amazing.
