When is the last time you used or saw someone use a glue gun?

Story time: on a blustery autumn day at my prep school we were tasked with making paper turkeys to help decorate the vestibule at our sister montessori school’s entrance. It was a welcome change of pace from pottery and portrait painting, and spewing the hot glue all over the yarn, symbolic of the gobbler’s mesofiloplumes, was almost aesthetically pleasing as shooting a bullseye in archery. Oh, what a memory! It’s been ages since I’ve seen one in use.

Yeah, that's still a fairly common thing, especially for someone around dance type shite, crafts, kids, schools, etc.

My wife used one a month ago to fix one of my sons stuffed animals that had a rip in it. I was skeptical, but it worked really well.

Next time you pass out from drinking those mint juleps, going to use a glue gun to tack your sack to your leg.

In August to cut up a grass skirt and glue it to hair clips for a costume class at a horse show.
I burned myself, as always. In high school I had constant finger burns during football season from maki g locker decorations![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

Wife uses one on crafts she makes.
I've never seen a male use one though. Different interests I guess.

Halloween, wife used 1 for the kids costumes, I had to make an emergency glue stick run because naturally she waited until the very last minute

About 2 months ago when I installed a new head unit in my wife's car. She drives like shite so I glued all of the connections after soldering them together.

We use them to pull dents all the time. I've got a pretty nice cordless one.
