If a 4th surge happens, all it's going to do is affect people who aren't dying of this disease since almost all the entire vulnerable population has either been vaccinated or had the opportunity to get vaccinated. If someone doesn't want to get the vaccine and dies of the disease, then that's their problem, not mine. We should be open back up to 100% capacity at this point.
