Fear and loathing I think it's the opening scene is pretty good. The opening bit in baseketball is just about perfect with the teams chasing money to where their names no longer make sense. Utah Jazz, LA Lakers, etc

For some reason I've always liked the opening scene of Apocalypse Now with the helicopters and the Doors song The End. It's probably not great really but for some reason it appeals to me

The first 20 or so minutes of "Saving Private Ryan" are some of the most realistic looking battle scenes I've ever seen in a movie. It really brought the horror of war to the big screen.

Second would be "Gladiator".

Raiders

Raising Arizona is a unique choice.

I'll throw out the obligatory Up. And I still think Bells of Notre Dame in Hunchback is a superior opening to Lion King in terms of animated films.

Scene starts out in Earth orbit, as 'current' day radio songs are playing. As the camera pulls back, older and older songs and audio are played. This is to demonstrate that the radio signals we've been putting out for 100 year are ever traveling further out into space. The older the signal, the further away.

If you've got good speakers /headphones, the last thing you'll hear is a Morse code signal for SOS. From the Titanic.

All of modern human history in just under 2 minutes time.
