Perfect propaganda positioning - when prices do in fact go up, the Biden Admin can point the finger of blame at "dirty greedy Corporations" - They didn't need to raise prices! They're just GREEDY !

In response we will hear a hundred right wingers who defended Trump imposing tariffs (taxes) on the majority of our economy assert that resetting business taxes to about what they were before Trump will kill the economy.

Well technically, they don’t have to raise prices. They could also recoup the costs through layoffs, cuts in benefits, etc.

I still think the biggest edge to attack corporate tax hikes is that they are actually taxing everyone's retirement plans (401k, IRA, Pensions) as the majority of these retirement vehicles are heavily invested in corporations.
