Are you of the belief that Biden is fully in charge, quarterbacking the entire operation? And I'm not talking about advisers playing their traditional role, we know that happens in every administration.
But typically the situation would be something like this: Biden is already contemplating each and every decision that must be made by the President, more often than not leaning a particular direction, then the relevant adviser(s) enter the picture and bounce options off President and field questions, if possible. But POTUS ALWAYS being in command of the overall scene though.
Is Biden realistically carrying this out??

Obama said he wanted to do this. he said he wouldnt want to be the actual show piece for a 3rd term, but would love to be behind the scenes, in the ear because he has a passion for the work.

No, I’m correct. Even if Obama said something, he became President to sell his soul for a life of luxury after he left office. Obama now is simply making speeches, writing memoirs, and hanging with celebrities, and that’s what he wants to be doing. He does not want to order another drone strike which that alone I think made him age 20 years in 8 years. Susan Rice and Eric Holder though, they’re the real deal. Not in it to be a celebrity and a life of luxury like Obama was. They laugh their asses off on the thought of blowing the limbs off of innocent women and children. I think Obama had a pathetic excuse of a conscience, but a conscience nevertheless. Rice and Holder (and really Kamala even though she currently has no power) do not.

It's both a crutch and a catch all for them. They're not good at, nor interested in, any sort of critical thinking so they use it for everything.
