I did Keto for awhile and lost around 25 pounds I then decided screw this I’m going to eat what I want but in moderation. Watch my sugar intake and cut out sodas. I’m still 15 pounds lighter than before Keri

Lady at my work list about 70 pounds and has kept it off doing Keto

did carnivore for a week. I loved it.

After blazing through a few threads..I'm in. Gonna start tomorrow. Ive been pretty bored with food in general lately anyway

Weight is barely in my top 3 interests with it. I only have maybe 10lbs I could drop or leave. Im super intrigued with some of the other benefits and experience of it

"The Twinkie Diet" was reported on by every major media outlet. Very, very famous. Others have done similar and gotten the same results.

I said on twinkies and skittles. Not on twinkies and skittles supplemented by nutritous food (protein shakes and vegetables) to make up for the lack of nutrients in twinkies and skittles.

Which is exactly what the original dude did.

But you knew that already.

From the article:

Right...like vitamins and minerals have no functions. Just eat sugar and burn it off.

I have a friend who treats it like a religion and believes it will cure all ills.

I have been low carb for 13 years with intermittent gluttony,IG. Most of the claims here are unfounded.

We live in a dysfunctional society that promotes stress, and ignoring our emotions. Instead we cope with things like FOOD, media, porn workaholism drugs and alcohol, The root of obesity is mindlessness, the solution is mindfulness.

These coping mechanisms are like drugs, and one reason why people like keto and fasting is because they put us in a category of abstainers and not moderators. It gives us a tool to be successful.

Dude ate junk food for 30 days and because he lost 10 pounds, he concluded junk food isn’t that bad? I’d like to see what happens if the continues the diet for say 2 years. I bet his vital measure would look like shite even though he has a “normal” weight.

This is baseless.

I had all kinds of issues being backed up before I went keto, not entirely carnivore but mostly.

I have not had better bowel movements than eating like this.

Stopping or reducing dietary fiber intake reduces constipation and its associated symptoms

5 days in to the carnivore diet and I had a twitch that could not stop. I literally lost sleep because of it. After a redbull and starchy food it went away.
