I was sleeping fine last night til my wife woke me up to tell me she had a bad dream. Any other husbands have wives that dream so vividly it ruins parts of their next day?

I'm sleeping like a rock. I'm on some new migraine medication and it knocks me the frick out. Crazy dreams, too.

In bed for 7 slept for 6. Typically in bed for 8 and sleep about 7, you wake up during the night, but don't remember it. 90% sleep efficiency is pretty good (time asleep/time in bed)

I sleep from 9:00 pm till 4:30 am most nights but I'm a mouth breather and wake up tired some days.

I have terrible sinus/allergy issues and get stuffed up at night

Possible sleep apnea

I quit taking Melatonin cold turkey about two weeks ago. I had read on here then did some more research of my own about potential long term negative consequences of habitual Melatonin use. Ive been taking it for probably about 14 years fairly regularly, so I have not been sleeping very well these last few nights. But I want to keep at it for a few months to see how my body adjusts and see if the sleep I do end up getting is better. I also quit smoking pot a few months ago so when I do sleep I have been dreaming again which has been nice.

Ah makes sense... I'm usually in bed for 8...it's when I'm in bed for 5-6 or less that I'm miserable

well if I don't remember them, then they are not bothering me too much

I consider disturbances things like my kids/wife waking me up

No idea.

I crash at 12:30 or 1am. Wake up at 6:30 or 7am everyday. I feel fine but I know that's not the best sleep schedule

Not necessarily, disturbances affect deep sleep so if you have a lot you may not be able to get into deep sleep.
