Live in Chicago, have lost power for a few hours several times this winter. Our power grid is just as vulnerable to blizzards, don’t let them tell you otherwise.

And it seems like just about every year or two, there is a "heat wave" in the summer and Chicago and Boston and New York can't keep the power on then either.

Its also a southern/Sunbelt state that doesn't get much snow. Hell, the last time it snowed in Galveston was 11 years ago. Yet you expect them to be prepared for this like cold weather cities NY and CHI? GTFO!
