I don’t think that person was arguing for steroids to be illegal. More so that these actors act like what they do is easily attainable. They’re not very open about it. I don’t expect them to be open about steroid use though.
On a side note, it’s funny seeing all those YT videos and articles talking about how they got jacked so fast and it’s always some weird, limited training with some crazy diet. It’s like if you do this, you can get big too!

Chris is 75 inches tall and maybe 205lbs there. Given he had added quite a bit of bulk amd has cut down, roids aren't really guaranteed here.
More likely he's doing TRT 3x a week with lower doses. Making sure he's always at the high end of normal.
His legs are staying small because those aren't pretty muscles.

I speaking to the physique. Not the acting, charisma, connections, or whatever else makes them who they are. It’s not like their physique is the sole reason for them being big time movie stars.
