Don't recall saying this.

Has some fatty come in saying that Hemsworth is only fit BECAUSE he's juicing?

I didn't say you did. Threads like this always bring them out though. Guaranteed you see 1-10 people come in and try to rationalize themselves being overweight by putting down this dude's hard work.

100% but goddamn I hate leg day, lol. I do legs out of spite

Do leg press to improve flexibility.

Do deadlifts to get stronger.

Deadlifts are by far my favorite thing to do in a gym.

And after 12 hour work day it's tough to work out for 2 hours instead of seeing my kids.

You don't have to spend 2 hours everyday working out. Also, the diet issue sounds like a cop out. Yes, it's hard, but it's doable.

What hurts after? Lower or upper back?

Quads or arse?

Most people who hate them arent driving off the floor with their quads and are instead using lower back.

this is so fricking stupid, they are adults they should be able to take whatever they want and it shouldnt be illegal as it affects nobody but themselves.

I might be one of the few people that agree with you on this. If an actor, athlete or whoever wants to pump themselves full of PEDs, why should I give a shite? It's their job and body on the line.

Obviously juicy. I feel bad for the people who haven't figured out that those gains aren't achievable naturally - Hollywood is warping expectations for men and women.

It’s not just hollywood. Its the entire fitness industry. Look at people modeling gymshark, other fit clothing brands, or protein/supplement brands. It’s all a lie.

All juiced. I don’t have a problem with it other than the fact they are telling you buy this and take this to look like me when in fact its bull shite.

Nothing really hurts. My form is OK, but I only use a hexbar (form is bad using a barbell). I sometimes get lightheaded after doing them.

More likely he's doing TRT 3x a week with lower doses. Making sure he's always at the high end of normal.

Plus 2 or 3 other things

He’s definitely on a high end cutter

Steroids or not, the level of dedication and commitment it takes to achieve a physique like his blows my mind.

Yep - you still gotta work out

With that said - there are normal Joes who work out just as much (or more) and eat the same and they won’t see that physique without a boost

And there’s nothing wrong with that IMO

Money helps, but as someone else said the real issue is time.

Money does more than help. Money buys time, it also buys the food, supplements, home gym etc.

It takes all but 10 minutes to scarf down a protein shake and some oatmeal. You don’t take breaks at work?

Your workouts shouldn’t last longer than 45-60min

Most people could take roids, workout hard, and they will still never look like that

Genetics are a giant piece of the puzzle

I had a doctor explain it to me once

The act of taking steroids isnt what makes these people huge. He said taking steroids and changing nothing else about your workouts only will have a marginal effect

Where steroids help the huge growth, is when you couple it with a type A neurotic workout warrior. What steroids due is allow you to recover and push yourself harder and more often

So average dude that hits the gym 3 days a week isnt going to see monumental growth on roids because he isnt going to double and triple down on his workouts.

Now these type A bodybuilders and self indulged actors? They will take the roids and then push their body to new limits

I hope this dude is getting bank. At least in the short run, he’s pigeon-holed his casting.

And his nuts are probably the size of my Aunt Juanita’s coin purse.

I'm sure they can find a spot for him in the Fast and the Furious franchise.

AND, not all gear is created equal........the more you pay, the more results you see, essentially.
