I’m a Big Brother in the local Buddy Program and just got home from a Top Golf trip.

My “buddy” is a HS sophomore on the golf team. He is also left handed. He didn’t know what he was in store for when we showed up and all I had was a Driver, 4iron, and wedge (he brought his whole bag, noob). Contrary to popular belief, I don’t walk around dropping dong on everyone I talk to about my golf prowess. Needless to say, we had a great time and I earned some extra points with my Baw and he literally said at one point “I’ve never seen anything like this in my life”.

Here are a few clips. Driver is 43.5”(cut it down myself when I heard DJ was playing a shorted driver last year) @ 7* loft. Could you imagine the damage I could do if I got my hands on a modified(juiced) driver?!

Also, I was flying the 4i to the bottom of the net @265 yards out from the second floor.

Driver
4i

Nb4 OMG you play at elevation!!!!!!!! Not fairrrrrr MHD!!! Explain the 187 ball speed, titty babies. Just enjoy the show.

Swing is very pure!! Especially impact position and follow through. Not a lot of people can go full bore like that and still keep it smooth through impact.

What's your miss/area of struggle?

Did I just see MHD hit a draw with a driver?

Great job being in the Big Brother program. A lot of young men don’t have a man in their life. If we don’t teach these boys how to be men, the world will. Great job baw!

Also, wear whatever fricking jeans you want

Awesome you spend your time helping kids like this. Wish more people did this and less time worrying about the jeans you wear.

And really nice swing.

If you stayed on your left side a split second longer and let your hands get ahead of your body you'd hit it farther.
You should rotate more onto the ball of your foot, you transfer weight onto the heel (might be the sneakers/traction), you'd get a little more torque = speed.
Square up your posture. Your impact will improve therefore lead to more consistency.

Good on you for the buddy program. I helped a few kids while I was in college. Looking back it was rewarding to see them perform well and move on into better things. Try to keep the tinder smashes to a minimum and help the kid focus on getting better at golf (Not saying you aren't doing that but given you posted a tinder sn...)

A very altruistic act by being a part of the Big Buddy Program, however I believe you've shown us how egotistical you are by posting your ball speed at Top Golf on an internet message board.

Also, Tinder page looks ( . )( . ), but usually people boasting about all the poon they slay aren't really slaying that much poon.

This thread definitely did not disappoint

Thanks for posting. I always feel intimidated to post my thoughts and my game, but then I see a MHD post and realize my posts are not that bad.

Good for you helping and mentoring a kid like that - the kid will probably remember that for the rest of his life.

Who takes clubs to TG? That’s like showing up at Laser Tag with your own gear
