“Equality didn’t work, some folks that we like just can’t compete, so we will rig equity. We are good at rigging things and no one dare stop us.”
“Racial Equity” is racism by blatant admission.

Equity: regardless of a teams record or of the effort required to achieve it, every team shares equitably in winning the championship.

Equity is just like the word "fair".
It fits right in with words like fairness, egalitarianism, socialism, and Communism.

Equity: there is no store. The government owns the store. Now there is only item in the store: old bread. and everyone gets a single ticket for a slice of bread each week.

It would be correct if you cut the legs off the first guy, gave them to third guy and took the box away from the second guy to give half a box to third guy.
That way, no one sees over the fence. That's equity.
The problem with the picture is that you aren't showing what you have to take away from "the advantaged" to make up for it. That first guy loses in equity. Always.

I think it’s worse than this. Discrimination is welcomed and encouraged when it comes to equity. I think Ibram X guy literally says it’s okay to make sure white people get less because white people getting less helps black people gain equity.

Equity is saying, even though there is an equal playing field you still aren’t good enough to achieve the same outcome as others so we are just going to give you what they have earned.
In shear numbers there are more white people living in poverty than black people. So what are you going to do about the situation where Lebron James’ son technically qualifies for some equity program while a white kid in a trailer park in West Virginia doesn’t.
All because of the color of their skin.
