2-3. I usually just drink black coffee for breakfast, but when I run in the morning I'm always hungry AF.

Breakfast - 7 a.m.
Second Breakfast - 9 a.m.
Elevenses - 11 a.m.
Luncheon - 1 p.m.
Afternoon Tea - 3 p.m.
Dinner - 6 p.m.
Supper - 9 p.m.

Depends on what you call a "meal"

During the week I try to wait as late as possible and start with some sort of protein shake/drink, lunch, snack, and dinner. I may munch on some pork rinds if there is a long gap between any of those.

1 1/2 meal a day

went from 250 and checked in at 184 to my surprise on Sunday. Enough of a surprise that I ordered another scale just in case mine wasn't working

cutting out the sweet shite has been my saving grace

3 actual meals and two small snacks a day (really two meals when you consider my lunchis almost always a small salad). My calorie intake for a day is probably around 2200 calories.

This not including take out which is usually one day week.

Since I quit smoking, I eat too much when I’m home and not at work. Need to find some awesome diet pills. I’m dropping hella deuces now. I’m talking like 16 inches long.

Drink coffee until about 11. Then eat. Then maybe snack around 1 and dinner around 6.

I literally eat one meal a day, dinner. I can't eat lunch at work without getting tired as hell.

Usually one meal in the evening. Coffee in the morning and an occasional lunch. Weekends are usually a brunch early afternoon.

I eat when I'm hungry. Intuitive eating. Each day is different. Lots of protein and fats so soy doesn't creep in...

I do intermittent fasting so two meals a day. My window is from 11-7 but I’m usually done at 6:30. If I want a snack after lunch, I’ll eat a couple handfuls of almonds, pistachios, slice an apple or eat some citrus fruit. I’ll have a nice dinner of chicken, turkey or fish along with veggies. If I want dessert, I’ll eat a couple pieces of dark chocolate or plain yogurt with fruit.

2 main meals and 4-5 snacks per day. Right around 3800 calories a day from March to November and 3200 from December through February. About 125g of protein a day. The majority of the rest in white carbs.

I only eat lunch and dinner (though today I didn't eat lunch). No breakfast, no snacks.

I was never a breakfast eater anyway. Throughout my teenage years and then college, I was a late sleeper so I'd sleep straight through breakfast. I started to eat it when I got my first job out of college because I had to be there for 7:30, but now I work semi-remote for clients on the west coast so I have later hours.

When you're as short as me, something has to give if you want to stay as small as I am. I eat at restrictive calories Monday-Thursday so that I can enjoy myself a bit more Friday-Sunday.
