On meal #3. Usually eat between 5-6 400-500 calorie meals per day. Never hungry. Not tempted to each junk in between. Usually get in 35-50g of protein for each meal. Keeps the soy levels low

Shocked that people still follow the traditional 3 meal per day thing

2 and a half. Usually a granola or something small for breakfast, a normal lunch(sammich and chips) and decent sized dinner.

2, usually just breakfast and lunch, then a light snack at dinner time.

Sometimes on the weekends a big breakfast and dinner.

4 meals with some snacks in there. The meals arent big and i'm never full from them. This is when i'm being "health conscious".

For a long time i was doing 2 meals a day. one around 11-12 and a second meal around 6-8. usually chipotle or some other takeout.

Usually a cooked meal for dinner and smaller snacks throughout the day although by snacks I'm referring to whole unprocessed foods.
