Will there be as many counter workers anyway? I feel like most fast food places are just going to stick with drive through only.

Yep, say goodbye to kids manning the counter, supermarket checkout people, etc. This is not going to turn out the way the Dems think it is. There are just a lot of jobs that aren't worth close to $15 per hour (which translates to $30k per year). Total lack of understanding of basic economics.

These people know exactly what they are doing. They are globalist and they need as many low income and no income people as they can manufacture. Get in the hand out line, on government healthcare and they own you and yours forever.
