Being a republican or democrat isn't a protected class...stick to vinyl flooring and leave the other stuff alone

A publicly made, name by name list of the 74 million who voted for President Trump is coming. Not if, but when.

It is surprisingly legal as far as I can tell. That should really be addressed. Not cool.

Don’t sell luxury vinyl plank to any liberals. We’re taking this country back one square foot at a time!

Because of gay wedding cakes private companies can discriminate against whoever they want. Remember?
Posted on 1/14/21 at 10:41 am to Mud_Till_May
Well, as i have learned on social media over time is that discriminating against white people is ok for their political beliefs.
And doing so against someone with any sort of conservative views is absolutely ok and should be applauded

FW:Fw:FW: Yes, they have done the RICO against republicans, violating 1st 5th and 9th amendment rights. True Patriots will upvote to send this letter of official censure to congress which disbands the legislature and installs “the last host of the apprentice “ as president and supreme commander in chief forthright, as outlined in the Tarriffs and Servitude Act of 1816, as defined in Oxlong v. Delaware, 1913

it is legal and the democrats hide behind the constitution while their private sector enforcers effectively remove freedom of speech.
It's a slimy tactic, but legal

The only thing I can think of is public employees can't be fired for political views.
Now, you might be able to win something if you are being attacked and abused by coworkers and management allows the abuse to go on and not have a safe work environment.
I did find this...
So people losing jobs for being at a rally might have a case in these states.

However, in a growing trend, a number of states have passed laws creating this right. In these states, employers may not take unfavorable job actions (i.e., termination, demotion) based on political affiliation or activity. These states include:
California. In California, employers may not control the political affiliation or activities of workers. Employers cannot threaten to terminate workers for refusing to engage in specific political activity.
Colorado. In Colorado, an employer may not prevent employees from engaging in political activities. An employer may not terminate an individual because of political affiliation.
District of Columbia. In the District of Columbia, employers cannot discriminate against employees based on political affiliation.
Louisiana. Louisiana law prohibits employers from threatening or intimidating individuals on account of political party affiliation.
Minnesota. Minnesota law prevents employers from financially retaliating against, or threatening to fire, an individual based on that individual’s political activities.
Montana. Under Montana law, an employee may only be terminated for “good cause.” That is, the termination must be based on reasonable grounds related to work performance. Termination based on political activity is prohibited. Termination based on political affiliation is prohibited.
Nebraska. Employers may not threaten to terminate individuals based on their political activities.
New Jersey. New Jersey law prohibits employers from requiring employees to take part in employer-sponsored meetings about the employer’s political opinions or positions.
New York. Employers cannot discriminate against employees based on their off-duty, off-premises political activities.
South Carolina. Employers may not terminate a citizen from employment because of that person’s political opinions or activities.
Wisconsin. Wisconsin law also prohibits employers from threatening to terminate employees based on political activity.
So people losing jobs for being at a rally might have a case in these states.

Try opening up a soul food restaurant and place a sign that says " We only serve Republicans" Then it will be Discrimination.

Nope. That's why as a liberal living and working in the south, I learned to keep my mouth shut around bosses and clients.

Tolerance isn't a moral absolute--it's a peace treaty.
Tolerance is an agreement to live in peace, not an agreement to be peaceful no matter the provocation. A peace treaty isn't a suicide pact.

So now anyone can require voter card and only serve xyz party members now. Will that work? I’m sorry, you’re a D, R, I, ? , We don’t serve those here. What is the response to this?
Would be perfectly fine according to all the folks in support of the Google/Amazon/Twitter etc... ban.
