I can’t see Trumps real estate brand continuing to thrive, existing properties will suffer and nobody building new hotels or resorts will want his name on it due to becoming so toxic. I wonder how much his net worth is about to fall? Really sucks for a great guy who just wanted America to be successful and to fix corruption in DC

At the rate they are going, it could be out of business within a year.

The harder they try to destroy the movement, the stronger it will become.

The Trump brand is gone. No one wants to invest in anything with him now. He will be bankrupt in less than two years. I'll get tons of downvotes, but it is what it is. The man's a con, and the whole world knows just how big now.

The problem is the banks are going to band together to try and put him out of business

It’s going to do great overseas. The ironic thing thing is I expect Trump is going to be really successful in Mexico.

He’s going to have to sell everything at a reduced price. I saw Sheldon Adelson just passed - he’s someone who could have helped Trump out.

Trump's brand will have 75+ million of the most ardent supporters, his brand will take a hit from the major companies who no longer will do business with him.

The PGA, for instance, cancelling Trump's major host site two years from now. Unfortunately, what organizations like the PGA still don't understand somehow is that they are going to lose SO many followers, like myself, who watch a lot of golf.

Give it a year,

GOAT-POTUS Will have the best selling speaking tour in all of history.

He will probably have a multiple billion dollar tour then the books will come and TV interviews.

Floppy & Moppy illegitimate apple dumpling gang dim-monarchs are going to have a hard time keeping there turkey necks above water over the next 365 days x 4.

He’s got massive amounts of debt against a portfolio of properties of declining value. (Manhattan real estate is tanking).

His golf properties are now poison to the bodies that award top flight tournaments (PGA Tour, PGA of America, Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, European PGA, LPGA) which means they’ll get zero marketing or exposure. His private clubs will bleed membership revenue. His publicly accessible courses won’t be patronized by a large percentage of golfers. (You can get discounted fee times on golf websites at Doral). His courses in Aberdeen were losing money at an alarming rate BEFORE his presidency. Turnberry was doing ok before COVID and now likely is losing money. His Irish facility is struggling as well.

His hotels won’t be awarded any convention business or corporate business by any major corporations and more than half of America will outright refuse to stay in any of them.

He has no marketability on endorsement deals and branding going forward domestically.

He does have some real opportunities though:

he should start by selling off as much of the real estate as he can, pay off his debt and he should still have a really nice pot of money left over. Let’s call it $500 Million to $1Billion. That’s enough to ensure his descendants don’t have to work for generations. He can hire competent people to manage that and make him more than he ever did running his own business.

He also does have crazy loyalty and marketability with millions of people. Hell, he could pack out rallies for a few bucks a head for the rest of his natural life.

His international brand is still good in some places who don’t give a shite about western progressive bullshite: Hong Kong, Japan, Eastern Europe, Etc. There’s lots of money to be made there.

His real estate brand will suffer but some of that is the new post COVID economy as well.

His media brand has huge upside

Hopefully he has enough time and resources left over to pivot his enterprise into different outlets - media and tech.

I'm glad I got the chance to stay at Trump International in Vegas before it is inevitably torn down.

Not a very big hit. The people who actually spend money won't stop going to Trump hotels and won't stop doing business with him. Virtue signaling nonsense from the PGA, etc, is just that: nonsense.

I read an article indicting the Trumps are viewing a rebranding or reassessment of their business model from resorts and high end hotels to something else. It's not clear what that will be. They are likely goners in the business world.

Trump doesn't only do business in the US. Europe and other countries love Trump. America is stupid!
