It's like LSU doesn't want money
Posted on 1/11/21 at 2:11 pm to jralspanky
LSU still looking for less donations I see.

no mention of the football players' girlfriends i see? RIP in peace

The owner of Rouse's was at a peaceful protest. He had no part of the riot that happened in the capitol building.

It's a shame. There are always some good people caught up in these messes.

The “deeply troubling” part is that Rouse dared to support a Republican candidate...

LSU is going to find out how hard it is to fund the sports programs without Republican donors

frick LSU. Spineless, pandering leadership

Not even the Rouse’s business, just one member of it.
This is like trying to bust the entire Hearst family because little Patty got indoctrinated into the SLA.

Reaffirms my commitment to stop ALL of my donations to LSU.
frick LSU. This is a pretty clear unforced error on their part. No one was on pins and needles waiting for their opinion on the matter.
Happy to send my money that would have gone to LSU elsewhere.

So Rouses is no longer a corporate partner of the Saints. In addition, Rouses no longer runs tv ads during Saints games on Fox (not sure about other stations).
This is because the owners of Rouses were upset by the social justice protests this summer, and decided they did not want to be connected to them.
It continues to amaze me how companies intentionally shut out customers in order to justify political leanings. I'm sure plenty of democrats shop at Rouses.
