Yes, it was a clearance center. I was able to buy stuff like Tommy Bahama tshirts for $7. And they always had a ton of formals.

Hopefully the Amazon deal goes through. That mall will become an eyesore if not and hopefully it can breathe a little life into that area.

I wish they'd move the Dillard's store to a better location. The Kohls store at Juban Crossing is still empty.

Yeah. They are building an Amazon DC that will be about 3 times the size of the actual mall.

Depends what properties they own / are contracted to.
They have two stores at Mall of LA for instance. With some restructuring, they could move the clearance store there.
