Judas Priest
Iron Maiden
Motorhead

It is downright criminal that all 3 were not in the year they were eligible.

Tina Turner

Tina's there link

However not for her solo work; same with several others such as Stephen Stills (with 2 but not solo).

But Depeche Mode and NIN got in?

I’m happy for both, but the Smiths did a lot of legwork for what became Dance and Club music which later was Industrial and EDM now.

The Cure is in. The Smiths are right there too in importance. Morissey is a great songwriter he IS Emo and would tell an Emo kids to frick off. That’s rock and roll. Then Johnny Marr. A great guitarist who still used gimmicks and looping and effects. On and on.

They snubbed John Prine who died and Chris Cornell who has been dead. I believe they snub people to piss off fajs and be relevant.
