But is does make it "not true" either.

You and Pirate have zero inside info so the people that get paid to write about LSU most likely know more than you or Pirate.

We will see how things unfold.
I am an LSU fan regardless.
I do not care who the coaches are or who the players are but I will state my opinion just like any fan can.

The Coaching staff needs to get it's Head out of it's arse in more ways than 1. If not then they deserve to be embaressed on the field and eventually fired.

Coach O has gotten praise and criticism. Now is the time to prove the "doubters" wrong.
If he can not then Ty for the 2019 National Championship.

O gets full credit for 2019. He brought in Burrow and Brady, and it worked beautifully.

But now we're in 2020, and both Burrow and Brady are gone. We can always love 2019, but can't bask in the glow for long. And we lost, miserably, to Miss State and Mizzou, who are two of the weakest teams on our schedule.

If that doesn't get your attention, I don't know what to tell you.

Not really, Pelini gets all the blame for the defensive debacle we have witnessed thus far

Credit for what? Hiring people who could actually coach and having a once in 20 year talent at QB?

Coach o can’t coach either side of the ball. Just repeat that a few times and ask yourself if he deserves to be a coach at a program like LSU. And he sure as hell isnt some master CEO type of coach who is a savant. And I like the guy.

But hey, he talks like us.

On a side note, his chick is smoking hot.

He exhausted all of his credit by losing to Missouri and Miss St. We're back to square one with him.

Lol no. Maybe if it were a normal season this would be halfway true. even Oklahoma started the season 0-2

A 247 insider went on Hanagriff's radio show earlier today and literally said that the Alabama staff is outworking the LSU staff for Louisiana's 5 star recruits.

I listened to that interview, and this is disengenuous bullshite. That’s not what he said. He said “Alabama was relentless,” and Hanny said this:

HANAGRIFF:

Billy you understand that when you say that Alabama was relentless and LSU was fading, you realize how hard that is for an LSU fan to wrap their head around? What you’re saying is that Alabama outworked LSU to get a kid out of Lafayette?

EMBODY:

Yeah, and it sounds obviously crazy right? But I don’t think recruiting, especially during the pandemic, is all about phone calls, text messages - every day checking in “hey how are you?” I think it’s about being creative. And I just think Bama - and I’ve heard similar things about Clemson and Ohio State - have just done a really good job being creative in recruiting high-end prospects.

And I’m not saying LSU forgot how to recruit high-end prospects. They’ve got a top 5 class. And I don’t think, as bad as this would be for LSU with all the optics around it, this isn’t a situation where LSU is going to completely fall off the wagon recruiting. That’s just not, I don’t think, something that’s going to happen.

It's literally in your quotes.

It was “yeah” as in “yeah, I hear you,” then he went on to say it was more about methods than effort.

He did not “literally say they outworked us.”

Okay, he gets the blame for embarrassing losses to Moo State and Mizzou, and a shitty defensive performance against Candy, but I'll give him credit for a mediocre showing against South Carolina.

I'm reading it as they worked to come up with new methods instead of using the same old lazy methods that were used pre-covid.

This would be a fair point if UGA hadn't signed another highly rated TE. Do we have another highly ranked Safety to augment the loss of Ryan???

What does "ranked team" mean this season?

Outside of Alabama, Clemson, and Ohio St it means nothing.

I mean, sure I guess. That’s recruiting, and Saban’s one of the best (if not THE best). Assuming Sage is gone, they beat us. But it’s disengenuous to take that commentary and imply that they simply tried harder than us. That’s not what Embody said. Hannagriff asked him if that’s what happened and he went out of his way to say, basically, that Bama’s methods were just more effective.

I get you. But please stop being the typical moron who gets upset at two viewpoints from millions of people as if they're one entity. Please use your fricking brain.
