No. They won't ever be able to recruit at a high level because of institutional reasons. Plus Freeze will leave eventually. They've got enough resources to be a consistently solid G5 team though.

They had a great little rivalry with Coastal Carolina when both were in the Big South. They play each other on December 5th in Conway. That will be a good one.

I am surprised that Tulane didn't make a move on Freeze. That would have been a great rehab for him - immersed in the same deep south that he knows how to recruit.

Yep, Cuse is a bottom ten, maybe bottom five, power conference team. Horrible qb play (although Rex might be better than Jersey meathead DeVito), terrible offensive line, defensive line and linebackers you can run through, past and around all day. Clemson could hang a hundred on us next week.
