I transfer from legal pad and from email, etc, to an excel list that we review in 1:1 meetings. It seems to work, but sometimes things get overlooked like maybe I grabbed a different pad for a meeting, or it was a conversation, etc...
whatever happened to good ole Post-It notes?

Clickup is great for my purposes. Though it might be a bit too customizable for a large group. I absolutely hate the task tracking in Outlook.

Check out Microsoft To-Do.
Just a simple task manager. Might be what you’re looking for.

Same, but my Google cal. Live and die by my calendar.
I also email myself easily 5x a day so that it gets filed in line with my clients and I don't forget.

I've yet to come across a task that can't be organized in excel. Google products are also heavily used.

Monday morning Word doc. Gets populated with anything from the previous week that didn't get done, then new items are added that morning and each time a new task comes before me. Sometimes I get fancy and add a date in parenthesis for when I plan to do it. Highlight yellow when begun but incomplete and/or waiting on other dependencies, and of course a satisfying green highlight when it gets done.

Focus-To-Do it’s an app you can download from the windows store.
I started working on the pomadoro method a few years ago. Work for 15 minutes hyper focused then take a five minute “break” (walk to check your mail etc. after 4 sessions take a 15 minute “break”. Again your breaks aren’t necessarily goofing off doing nothing it’s doing a more menial task that doesn’t require a lot of brain power.
ETA: it also has an iPhone app that syncs with the desktop version.

I'm a web/software dev and I use Google Calendar to track meetings/events and Trello to track project progress and deadlines.

Someone on my team uses Trello, not sure it's for me, but might give it another look.

Bullet journal that I set up as a planner. Scribbles, charts, notes, etc. If someone found it on the ground they would think some psycho serial killer owned it.
