The homer in me says around 3,000 with the help of the guys that he's throwing to. The realist in me...

Counting the bowl or no?

300 yards/game against a 10 game SEC slate would be a hell of a season.

assuming we only play 10 games, and a bowl, 3300ish.

if we had a full season i'd put him around 4200.

eta: i'm allowed to be an insufferable homer for a decade after last season. i have a permit.

3,000 yards is probably a good target. I think he'll average around 250 ypg passing. 10 game season and a bowl game will give him at least 11 games to get there.

I'll take the under but barely. 2,750-3000 yards passing for the season. I think we'll see rushing numbers like we saw in 2017.

2,500 area

Schedule with all SEC games will be tougher, for sure. Not "stat padding" games.

2500 with 15-20 TDS and 5-10 Picks seems right. That'd be 250 Yds, 1-2 TDs, and 0-1 picks a game. Maybe higher on the TDS?

But who knows.

I did this exercise a few days ago projected 2500 yards and 27 TDs based on a 10 game schedule at 80% volume and efficiency of what Burrow did last year.

I say he breaks Joe’s record. Even with the fewer games. Maybe, 7200?

With 3 great RBs & 10:games, we hope, guessing about 2,600. More concerned about the INT his first year starting.
