24 yo male and 31yo female shot. She's the mother of a 6yo. One of the deputies described assailant as dark skinned male.

Yeah it doesn't matter how much opportunity you set up for these types, they simply don't have the humanity or wherewithal etc etc etc to seize upon legitimate opportunity if it were gift wrapped and handed directly to them. And this guy wouldn't know what "racial equality" was if it slapped him in the face. Pay him reparations and he'd use it for ill-intending purposes. There's absolutely no helping these types to help themselves.

I saw something strange in that video.
Dude gets a text msg while recording that says Brady Vrines.

Brady Vrines was a cop that beat some dude back in 2017 in Long Beach claiming it was justified and the perp got off on eyewitness testimony.
Seemed strange police haven't even secured the scene and that guy gets that text msg.

He thinks it is funny.
