That's the very definition of a "tight spot". Damn.

I am in Geneva County Al right on the Florida line. Went through Ivan, and Michael and had tree damage for both but the rain wasn't too bad. This bitch Sally has dumped rain like I have never seen in my life. And to the poster that asked how horses do in this weather I just had to get 3 out of their stalls and put them in a pasture where maybe they can get on some high ground. Let's just say they are a little "sporty" right now. I wouldn't really want to saddle one up right now. Cows on the other hand are just in the middle of the pastures just standing there. Damn cows are dumb

Bridges in OBA and GS are closed but no "damage" reports yet.

I will say that, though this isn't the time nor the place for some guy most people have never heard of to make that stand, what he is saying is a major, ongoing point of contention in the storm chaser community.
So put a damn watermark on it. Photographers love to get a hard on over “their IP.” Social media is based around sharing other people’s content. I can understand if you happened to catch the Loch Ness Monster swimming down front beach road, but let’s don’t act like someone “stealing” your iPhone picture of a damaged roof is some big crime.

There appears to be a crane across the Three Mile Bridge coming out of Pensacola.
I'm not sure which I-10 bridge the barge is currently headed towards, but may be the one across the bay.

That gives me 2016 flashbacks at least they are less likely to panic when not so confined.
Hope you guys and the ponies are ok.

It’s I-10 across escambia bay.

That's what I was thinking, wasn't certain, though.

@Goodcleanliving
Another loose barge. This one is jammed against the shoreline on the 18th hole at Pensacola Country Club. 2020 is wild, y’all. #sally

Damn.
Last night/this morning the Storm Total Accumlation in the main eye wall band had started showing 25"+ and the hourly rates were off the scale well over 1.5"/hr.

Hope someone is going to save him (somehow). He doesn’t have much room if the water rises.

Is the barge that is heading for the I-10 bridge the same one that damaged the hwy 98 bridge?

1) I assume water is still rising there?
2) do conditions I wonder allow anyone to go out at this point to assist??
