Trump would go full Latoya if he thought it would help him get re elected, he gives no more of a shite about the business owners than any of these other politicians.

If he doesn't go to phase 3 today, the Senate will ring his bell with the last 10 votes they need to overrule his executive order. It's going away whether he does it or is overturned.
