Not sure if posted. Jeff Piotrowsky near Hackberry

Damn, they have storm chasers stuck down in Johnson's Bayou. The water is over the road down there and they can't get back east on Hwy 82/27.

Scary shite.

Again to me that loop shows N/Nw track....I Think

Again, use the Lake Charles radar to try and track motion. The sat will trick you some. It's stair stepping but the motion is absolutely NW still but getting closer to NNW.

I'm starting to see facebook moms post pictures of their kids with chalkboards saying "my first hurricane" so I feel like we've hit peak insanity.

I’m not looking forward to that howling wind we gonna get in BR even if it 50mph. That’s a lot of wind for a good while. No doubt we won’t have power. Gonna keep the AC low Cuz it will get hot reallllll fast and have our portable phone charges charged up too.

This storm surge they are pimping out on TV. I haven't watched any media beside tropical Tidbits and this board and they didn't mention the insanity of 30 Mile's north.

Are they being just TV shite casting for ads or what?

My guess is it has to do with the Calcasieu river being a tributary and the vast amounts of shallow water around Lake Chuck

He GD sure will have blood on his hands for denying shelters to avoid a virus with less than .05% death rate. Staying for a Cat 4 or 5 storm raises the death rate infinitely higher.
