Is the Quality of Cocaine based solely on its purity?

Is all pure, uncut coke the same no matter where it is made? Or does it also differ based on its origin?
For instance 100% Columbian vs 100% Bolivian.

Yes the less the coke has been stepped on (cut down from its purest form) the better the quality will be. I could always tell it was very good when I did not want to immediately do another line. Quality blow can afford you an evening of kicking back drinking and charming the whores rather than line chasing all night.

It depends on where the recipient lives in proximity to the source. The leaves of the Erythroxylon coca can degrade the longer they travel so the country of origin would need to be taken into effect.

Drugs are worth more here than in Mexico. They are worth more in Mexico than in South/Central America. You can buy coke on the internet if you really want to do something stupid, someone did a write up on buying 100% cocaine on the dark web but I can't find it right now. It was pure and way cheaper than street prices, they also went in detail on how to "safely" use cocaine...
Pure cocaine in the US is thousands of times more valuable than pure cocaine at the source. Users are not asking where the damn coke is from, and dealers probably don't know and will tell the buyer whatever they want to hear. They want to get high again, and they need more and more or purer product to do that.

Despite the federal governments of a few South American countries resorting to shooting suspected gang members in the face with no trial in the last 20 years you can still buy the stuff pure off the streets.
