Three Interactions with Black employees don't reflect what media portrays

I had three interactions with black people which presented a vast difference from what is being portrayed in the media. There is hope that the black community is starting to be truly woke, but not the way the manipulative race baiters think. We actually had conversations and were listening to each other but not in the virtue signalling way the cancel culture has demanded.
While eating at Podnuh's Bar B Q on Sherwood I struck up a conversation with an older black woman who was wiping down the tables. We did not get into a discussion about the political turmoil, just chatting about family, work, coronavirus etc.
She told me she has a daughter who partied when she started college and flunked out. She made the girl get a job and support herself and learn what the real world is like. She went back to school a couple of years later, made good grades and earned a degree in criminal justice. She is now employed as a parole officer in New Orleans and will be completing her masters degree. We need more mommas like this one, especially in the black community.
I was at Circle K and the two clerks were talking to a customer and they were clearly pissed they were working for a living while others were drawing $600 / week in unemployment when there were open jobs. Clear signal some are seeing the handout mentality for what it is.
Met an older black woman in the course of my work. She is over 65 but still working delivering food . Again no political discussion just talking about families, work, laughing about both of us driving older cars and continuing to work beyond retirement age.
All of these people may still vote for Biden, but I would not bet on it. When you get away from the radical jobless people who are rioting , looting and burning cars and buildings you find we are more alike than the media will portray. Its more attention grabbing to show a screaming white woman and a screaming black woman in a parking lot fighting over something stupid than to show people of different races respecting each other and communicating about the things we share.

I love these “share my experience with black people today” threads. I’ll join in. Today was an ok day for racial relations for me. On one hand, the black bitch at Popeyes had an attitude. On the other, while fishing, I had a good but short conversation with a black guy.

I would bet cash that they all will. And my odds of winning are overwhelming.

Sorry but.
They talk like regular average human beings while do regular human activities. Because they are.
But in the voting booth they vote 90+% Democrat because it’s their religion for the last 90 years.

I live in Seattle so I haven't had an interactions with black people lately. However, after living here for a while, I definitely know what's best for the black community.

True, but I got a sense that may be gradually shifting as they see how Democrats have taken them for granted for so long with nothing to show for it.
Biden's comment that if you ain't black if you don't vote for me resonated more than the media have reported. They quickly swept it under thee rug. It needs to return with a vengeance in October ads and Trump needs to drop it at the most propitious spot in each debate.

I've found that most moderate black democrats are really lost at this point. They don't like what's going on in the liberal shitholes, but they're still hanging onto hate Trump for some reason. I try to tell them why I see things the way I see it and if it opens their eyes to something, it does, but I don't get combative or downplay why they see things the way they do.Kist kinda show a mutual respect for each others views.

Can't think of her name, but the black woman who's running against John Lewis was on a black radio program a couple of weeks ago. The woman is conservative, while the black people who do that show are all typical Democrat Party plantation dwellers.
Not only did the black conservative eat their lunch, but the comments section was very, very favorable towards her. They were also still mad at the on-air hosts for letting Joe Biden off the hook during his interview (this was the show where Biden said, "If you're not for me, you ain't black!"
What does it all mean? I don't know. The Democrats/Deep State will obviously have some False Flags ready to go between now and 11/3. Will Black America be able to see thru these artificial attempts to manipulate them?
I just know this. If Trump only gets 10-12% of the black vote after what he's done for them, that's going to be depressing.

I don't have anything to add to the political angle of this, but last week I was in south Mississippi small towns for a few days and I think every black person that I walked by said something nice or at least gave me a hello. We laughed and chatted or at least just acknowledged each other in a positive way.

Pretty much every interaction I have with anyone around here is positive. I don't see any people here that are represented in a lot of online videos.
You have to remember that what you see online isn't a huge cross section of reality

Well, if that's what this thread is I'll share. The wife and I are hanging out watching an episode of frick That's Delicious. Earlier we grilled some dogs, burgers and pork chops. The cat loves grilled chops.

The BLM stuff has been co opted and is no longer black.
The average black person wants a meritocracy. To make it and succeed because they earned it. Just like the average white or Asian or any ethnic group.

I’m more interested in hearing about interactions with African Americans age 16-35.

Past 24 hours i held a door for an elderly black lady and had random convo with 3 black ladies in stores.
None of them had attitudes and i look mean as frick.
