Fulton County DA Howard: Rolfe charged with felony murder

Could be arrested and charged with murder.
Just now local Atlanta cbs news.
*Edit: the original thread title stated that DA Paul Howard would charge the Atlanta police officers this week. A couple of posters stated that DA Paul Howard only said a decision on charges against the Atlanta police officers would be made this week. For this purpose I have edited the original threat title to the revised thread title.
I fully expect the charges to be filed this week. I will bump the thread when the decision is made. This particular focus is on page 3 or page 4.

Charges against Garret Rolfe:
Felony murder
Aggravated assault
Criminal damage to property
Violation of oath
Charged against Devin Brosnan:
Aggravated assault
Violation of oath
Brosnan has turned state witness, will cooperate and testify against Rolfe
No bail for Rolfe.

Imagine being the assistant district attorney that will come into work tomorrow and get told "hey Bob, you are the lead prosecutor on this shite storm. There is little to no case law to back up this arrest, but the Mayor has demanded it. Good luck."
Trial lawyers are going to absolutely slaughter the prosecution on this one. Asses are going to be handed back to prosecutors like many in this country have never seen. Highly unlikely it goes to trial and they are just posturing for the politics.
