If they have no fear of arrest or anyone to stop them, they just block off all the street. Have all the trucks come down a particular street, take them over... they than have all the goods.
Of course, I'm not sure where the trucks are going plan on delivering to start with.
Tech has nothing to do with it, they put up a roadblock, stop the truck... truck is commandeered. Of course, I have no idea where they would plan on delivering to anyway... but I'm sure there is an app for that as well.

No shite. Companies have been testing the tech for years. It will never be mainstream. As long as ports are getting shipment after shipment of cargo from around the world of consumables there will be truck drivers on the road. A driverless truck can’t make the 2-6 week trips many of the drivers do today. The infrastructure will never support that model.

Autonomous trucks don’t make city/local deliveries. They would simply move between hubs or depots. You will always need a driver to deliver “last mile”. I’ve been in the business since ‘94.
