I said people would insinuate he deserved it. Someone was doing that by Page 1. Sorry you don’t see it that way. I just don’t think KCT was wondering about his Eagle Scout status so that his troop could send a flower arrangement. He did it to throw the victim’s character into question, which you only do when you’re trying to either minimize or deflect from the result.

If you don’t see this, you’re being intellectually dishonest.

this is wrong. You can be choked either by constriction of blood flow or restriction of air flow. I have seen people choked out while carrying on a conversation and breathing perfectly well.

I am usually one to wait for the facts to come out but just looking at the video for the first time, on the surface, those cops have a lot of explaining to do. That looked like it clearly should have not escalated to that point. Unfortunately, I fear the individual cops that acted recklessly will make a ripple effect happen on other individual officers who do not deserve the smear and even threats/violence that this will bring with it.

Very poor judgment in plain sight regretfully!
